The course comprises of two (02) major components. The first component is the understanding of one’s mindset and encourage Growth Mindset towards Life-Long-Learning (Continuous Improvement), in a holistic manner. The modules encompass the understanding of 4 renown Psychological Models and Professional Development Code of Conduct and Ethics. The models allow the individual to reflect on own strength and weakness as a resource to embark on initiatives to optimise efforts towards Personal and Professional Development, concurrently.
The second component is focused on meaningful understanding and importance of being a Registered Professional in a sustainable career. (Note: Career does not mean mere “job” or “work”). The career journey involves optimising identified resources, enjoying job satisfaction and ultimately, attaining Self Actualisation, independently. Participants will be given insights to Work Reward Values (WRV), integration of Personal and Professional Development and crucial guidance to being Registered as a Professional.
Examples of Professional Registration (with post nominals) are, Professional Engineer (Ir), Professional Technologist (Ts), Certified Technician (Tc), Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Chartered Manager (CMgr).
An in depth understanding of career journey that is integrated with personal and professional development, will enable the participant to attain Self Actualisation at an earlier stage in life and career. The career journey is enriched by the diligent practice of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Code of Conduct and Ethics.
