The course comprises of two (02) major components. The first component is refresher on both the S.A.I.L (Self Awareness In Leadership) and C.R.O (Continuous Resource Optimisation) Programs. Refresher will be enhanced to enrich the participants towards Leadership and Coaching roles. In-depth understanding of Cognisant Skillset, Decision Making Style and Human Performance Biases will be revisited and participants are to articulate and apply during their intensified mock up training sessions (Day 2). The mock up session will allow the participants to reflect on their personal strength and weakness as Trainer and Coach to deliver effectiveness, gaining participants response and heighten trainees learning capacity.
The second component is focused on meaningful commitment as a Trainer and Coach. The modules include expected knowledge in subject matter, effective communication and visible leadership. Participants will be given insights to Professional Development and crucial guidance to being Registered as a Professional themselves.
Participants will be given in depth understanding of the role of Trainer and Coach, that is integrated with practice of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Code of Conduct and Ethics. This integration will enable participants to gain confidence and able to deliver with commitment in both areas, personally and professionally.
