Adnan is a highly experienced engineering professional with over 35 years in multi- disciplinary oil and gas engineering and design, including project execution across all phases which are Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Design, and Operations for large- scale offshore developments, brownfield integrations, pipelines, subsea systems, and onshore tie-ins. He has led engineering design and PMC roles on complex facilities such as CPPs, compression and injection platforms, and both manned and unmanned offshore structures. Over the past 12 years, he has focused on sour gas developments involving high CO₂ and H₂S content, with key contributions to the Kasawari CCS project, overseeing FEED, detailed design, procurement, technical audits, and EPCIC execution. His accomplishments include engineering leadership for offshore megaprojects, supporting board-level risk and investment decisions, leading contract negotiations under various commercial models, and establishing multidisciplinary engineering teams to implement FEED verification, value engineering, and bid estimation processes to mitigate technical and commercial project risks.
