At D&B, we understand that our commitment to the industry goes hand in hand with our responsibility towards the environment and the community. Recently, we had the privilege of participating in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity at the Free Tree Society in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, which left us inspired and motivated to make a positive impact on the environment. The day began with an enlightening session on carbon footprint offsetting and resource utilization. This awakening spurred discussions on how we, as a company, can better manage our resources and reduce our carbon footprint in our daily operations.
Amidst the lush greenery of Bangsar, we also had the opportunity to learn about the importance of green spaces in our modern, concrete jungle.
One of the highlights of the day was our tree-planting activity. We joined hands with the Free Tree Society to plant saplings and nurture them to grow into healthy trees. This act symbolized our commitment to not just reduce our carbon footprint but to actively contribute to the creation of a greener and more sustainable future. Our CSR activity at Free Tree Society was not just a one-time event, but the beginning of a journey towards a more sustainable future for D&B.
We invite all our peers in the industry to join us in this journey towards a greener, more sustainable future. Together, we can make a difference. ๐ณ๐๐
